Kelsey Park is over in the Eden Park / Beckenham area and so not particularly near Addiscombe. However if you want to feed ducks you need to travel a bit further and Kelsey Park is well worth the effort as it puts all the parks I've seen so far in Croydon to shame. It is a beautifully kept park laid out around a lake and also has a couple of tennis courts, a 'mini-golf' course (along the lines of 'crazy golf') and an excellent children's play area. There is also a cafe of sorts, an abundance of park benches, an absence of graffiti and people actually seem to want to go there.
